Pine State Regional Center, LLC was formed in 2012 by Arkansas Capital at the request of the Governor of the State of Arkansas. The investment focus of the regional center is construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects working in partnership with government, public/private partnerships, and established developers with an emphasis on transactions in rural and underserved areas. Pine State received its Regional Center Designation from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in 2014.
